I used upstate-images.com and the bill was mostly right, but one small charge caught me off guard because the wording made it seem like it was included or handled differently. I had to go back and double-check everything, which was annoying. Support did fix it after I asked, so that part was okay. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish they were more upfront and clear instead of using wording that feels a little misleading.

Booking my photo session was easy. They had a few time options that fit my schedule, and they got back to me quickly. I even had to move my appointment once, and it wasn’t a hassle at all. Overall, the scheduling process was simple and smooth. I’d definitely consider them if you want something easy to book

I appreciated how clear the packages and product options were. My quick take: the site does what it’s supposed to do. I was able to view the images without any real hassle, so no complaints there. But right away I found myself wondering where the photos are stored and who can actually access them. Maybe the info is there somewhere, but it didn’t jump out at me. For personal photos, I’d want the privacy details to be much easier to find. Overall, not bad, but my gut reaction is that it needs to feel more trustworthy.

I actually liked how many pose options there were. It didn’t feel like I was just seeing the same three poses on repeat, which was nice. The backdrops had a decent mix too, like some clean simple ones and some more fun styles, though I did have a moment where I wasn’t totally sure which one I liked best.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that a few of the choices started to look kind of similar once I looked at them more closely, which was a little confusing. Still, it was easy overall to find something that matched what I wanted.

"My old photos were still sitting there"
I logged back in after years and, somehow, my old pictures were still there with no hassle. I’m guessing they must be good about storing things long-term, because I expected them to be gone.
